Our Bismarck brewpub restaurant has a menu full of delicious BBQ including Smoked Brisket, Pork, Turkey, Ribs, and Chicken wings, as well as salads, mac and cheese, beans, and coleslaw.  Smoked meats are available as tasty sandwiches on house-made breads, BBQ platters with sides and cornbread, or just the meats!  We have house-made soup seasonally, and specials from time to time, including award-winning burgers, tacos and sandwiches.

We’re open seven days per week with a fast-casual dining experience, and a dog-friendly patio. When you arrive, please order at the counter for dine-in service.
