What type of events do you cater?
Everything from weddings, private parties, to corporate events, we can cater any type of event. Whether you are serving 10 people or 2000, we can build a catering package around your event. We provide catering at the brewery and at off-site venues, large and small, all over the state of North Dakota.

Do you deliver? Is there an extra charge for delivery?
There’s no charge for delivery withing a 10-mile radius of Bismarck, and a $1 per mile charge for out-of-town catering.

Do you offer tasting sessions?
Yes, especially for larger catering and weddings. You can schedule a tasting with our catering director to review all our tasty options in person.

Do you allow customization to your menu or provide special dietary options?
Yes, we have an incredibly talented kitchen team that has done several custom off-menu catering options including breakfast, appetizers, special dietary-restricted dishes, and more.  Our catering director will meet with your team to make sure your needs are met.

Are there any hidden costs?
Additional costs for catering include sales tax and an auto-gratuity of 15% that goes to the entire catering and kitchen team responsible for the order.

What are your different service styles?
We offer self-serve buffet style food bars, full-service food lines with staff and equipment for a $3/person upcharge, simple delivery/drop-off, and more. Our catering can be served in our taproom or at an off-site location.

Can you cater at a venue that doesn’t have a kitchen?
Absolutely. Our mobile catering setup allows us to operate at venues, outdoor events, and almost any location without a traditional commercial kitchen.
